Dear Shabnam, You need to apply for CAT entrance exam. After that you need to apply for the colleges. It is interesting to note that though MBA in HR fetches high salary packages but the number of recruitments are quite less when compared to Finance and Marketing specialisations. Yes, it is worth doing any or both (pgdm and mba ) course from ICBM-SBE. Job opportunities are good for MBA as well. Overall it is worth joining ICBM with regard to placement as well as academics. Rest is on students as to how they grab the opportunities as learning is a two way process.

For a beginner the starting salary will be from Rs.15, 000 to Rs.18, 000 and for 2 to 3 years experienced professional it will range from Rs.18, 000 to Rs.30, 000 per month. A company secretary professional with 5 or more years of experience can earn up to Rs.50, 000 per month.

The cut-off for CMAT is 90 percentile. You can apply with 56 % of the score , but at SDMIMD they avoid taking people below 65% in graduation for the simple reason that the recruiters will have a minimum eligibility 65% to appear for the interview.The college canno be held responsible later if the student is not shortlisted to apper for the recuitment process.
