I would suggest you to do specialization in HRM from college only because most of the university don't have any specialization also just get experience in this field.

NCHMCT does not disclose the marks obtained in NCHMCT JEE. However, for admission in IHM Mumbai, your all India rank should be below the 500 if you belong to general category.

You are enquiring as to whether you can get admission directly in 2nd year of B.Sc. Based on your Diploma in engineering? Right? Unfortunately, this lateral admission is possible only for engineering graduation and not for any other degree. Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th and hence you are entitled for admission in first year only. Best wishes to you.

The candidates who have successfully completed their course in BBA have a secured job prospects in finance, marketing and Human Resource sector (HRM).
