The course is available, you will have to check the prospectus to know about the admission procedure, etc., but it would be better to pursue the fulltime/spl PGDM courses as they are a better career prospect in every aspect.

It will indirectly affect your career. It's not necessary to score very good in mathematics. Commerce is useless without mathematics but it will be a little better if you opt for it. Practice makes a man perfect. So even if you are not good with it just keep practicing. If you do not score well or keep on giving backs then it is not advantageous.
