Yes, they do accept, apart from that they also accept Maharashtra candidates, however the students have to qualify MH-CET exam. Outside Maharashtra candidates (OMS), students can apply through CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/MH-CET.

After B.Sc, the position you will get in jobs will have very less payable amount and position is also not so well so at least you have M.Sc. The admission for MBA programme is through Directorate of Technical education, so you will need to fill a form at www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in. As soon the process of DTE will be over, PUMBA will be following next steps as per DTE instructions.
