Job market is cyclical and changes with business environment, economic conditions, international relations, competition, political stability, regulatory framework, etc. Majority of these parameters are unpredictable. Therefore, job market is highly unpredictable. Hence, no B-school can guarantee placement for the students. However, last few years placement records are a good indicator of likely probability of near 100% placements.
