Hi,
Please remember the one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.

Although more seats (84%) are allotted to GSEB and less (6%) to other boards; this is the actual ratio of students appearing for 12th exams. hopefully from next year the distinction between GSEB and other boards within gujarat quota will disappear and there will be a common merit list based on percentile marks rather than percentage. this is already happening in the case of engineering admissions this year.

If you cant make it in Loyola for some reason, you can do your BA in Journalism & Mass Communication from a good university like Jamia or SIMC, Pune or Nitte University, Mangalore. You will then have more careers to choose from. Viscomm that emphasises on films is what most colleges in Chennai offer but a career in films is uncertain and you may feel frustrated in due course. Mass Comm is therefore better. Think about it and take a wise decision as per your interests.
