Hello Sudha,
If you want to take distance education in B Ed, better find out if your state is accepting this. Else, all your efforts will go waste.
However, the best option is to approach college in your place and see if they have afternoon classes. But my advice is to do a PG in engineering. Then you can teach in a government or any private engineering colleges.

Pursuing a B.Com (H) degree at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) is a respectable option. The university has top-notch academic offerings, first-rate facilities, and knowledgeable instructors. There are also good placement possibilities, with students landing jobs in reputable businesses. For B.Com (H) students, the typical placement package varies from INR 3.5 to 5 Lacs annually; however, certain students may receive greater offers based on their performance and skills.

In order to seek admission in B.Sc in psychology, you have to complete 10+2 stage from a recognised board. Unfortunately, Diploma is not directly equivalent to 10+2. You will have to check with each university where ever you apply for B.Sc in psychology whether they accept Diploma in engineering as equivalent to 10+2 or not.

If you are comparing on salary then currently MBA IT students have a higher starting salary in comparison to M.Tech IT students. But it is difficult to get a job after MBA IT because you will also compete with generic MBA students for pre-sales support roles in IT & ITES companies.
