It depends on the cut-off. But if you are qualified for JEE Advanced exam and you will appear for that you may get an NIT.

All faculty members are research oriented and have industry experiences. More than that, the University is Ranked 1 in recent ranking by The Week. To pursue instrumentation engineering, you need to clear IIT-JEE Mains/Advanced and get into a good engineering college. IITs/NITs and top state engineering colleges do have courses in electronics and instrumentation.
