You should qualify the GATE exam by this you will be able to get the seat in the IIT IIIT or any other government college. It is the best way to get seat in the college for your PG programme. You must score a very good marks not just qualified marks. After qualifying, you will get a seat through CCMT counselling procedure and also, you will be getting the score card which can be used to get job in PSU. No, not at all. But Tamil Nadu Board students will be getting a reservation since the TNEA is a state level exam for admission in college. So, the priority is the Tamil students since they are the domicile of that state only. Hence, they will come under the state quota and other will be having less quota.
