You need not really prepare for VITEEE. If you are asking this question, I hope you might have also been preparing for JEE Mains and JEE Advance. You can really do well in VITEEE. If you only prepare well for JEE Mains. That is enough. The questions asked in VITEEE are very basics and cover up the syllabus of intermediate. You can attempt every question if you read 11th and 12th class NCERT books. For practice part, you can go for previous year questions of both JEE Mains and VITEEE. They are easily available in bookstores or you can even get it online. These will brush up your concepts and will also give enough confidence.

Yes, there are 3 chances for the JEE Mains. One of which is with 12th class and other two chances are given to you after 12th class. And there are only 2 chances for JEE advance one of which is with 12th and another one is after 12th. You should try again, If you are confident that you will cross the cut off next year. Otherwise leave it, There are so many good colleges in India. You should try for them. And see, If you have talent and skill, Nobody can stop you in your life for succeeding. Colleges does't matter if you have talent. All the best for the bright future.
Thanks.
Keep smiling and keep asking.
Be kind.

There are no negative marks in HITSEEE. Prepare well and get a good rank. The students need to understand exam pattern and the nature of the examination. The exam pattern informs the basic specifications of the exam paper, including the type of questions asked, the total time duration allowed, the marking scheme, etc.

You cannot expect a good college at that score, the only option you have is to opt for private university exams like BITSAT SRMJEE, VIT and lot of others are there. So, there's no need to be disheartened just focus on these exams.

Anna University is completely different from IITs. Anna university is state technical university of Tamil Nadu in which 95% of Engineering colleges are affiliated to it. But IIT are governed by MHRD directly. And placement depends on the college not on university.
