hemant ,1st you dint tell us in which city you need to join .
according to me Delhi is the best place for ias coaching .but every coaching is not good for all subjects so 1st select your two optional subjects .
1-Ujjwal IAS Academy-For Political Science, GS,History, Geography,Sociology
2-IMS (Institute of Mathematical Science)
3-O.P.SINGH'S IAS Academy, History, Public Administration
4-Vajiram & Ravi Institute for Civil Services Examination,General Studies, Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Commerce & Accountancy, Geography
5-Rau's IAS Study Circle,(For G.S. Essay, History, Sociology, Anthropology, Public Admin., Geography, Zoolo

Although, there are several Institutes providing various Diploma & Certificate programmes like IIFT, IIMs, FICI etc., but there are few in Mumbai. Few of the names which I could suggest are: BVB's SPJIMR, SVKM's NMIMS University etc.

first you complete your current course in the stipulated time.you can write state service exam at
this stage. Ex-serviceman factor will help you in this regard. Age is not a problem because in
state level exam/s, age restriction is more. you choose your subjects wisely ,make a good group if possible and work hard. all the best.

There is no fixed time to appear for this test. It depends on you completely as per your convenience and preparation. It can be taken any time of the year with prior appointment. GMAT scores are valid for a perioud of 5 years. A student can take the GMAT only once in every calender month.
