1) Harvard offers a Masters in Business Administration which is a 2 year course. You have to take the GMAT and TOEFL to qualify for this course. Apart from that, you have to have atleast 2 years of Full Time work experience.
2) Atleast 720 is required in the GMAT if you want to qualify for admission at Harvard. Incase you want to take the GRE, you would need to score above 1450 atleast.

anuj, upsc its dont believe in any percentage . because upsc think all students are talented .if you had see the result of upse there are many students who had topped this exam even the had failed in his 10 class exam.
eligibility for upsc exam -; you have to be 21 year old and after your graduation u can give this exam.

You may either opt for a Masters or a Full Time MBA program. If you want to shift your career to the management side, you should opt for MBA(You will require work experience to pursue MBA) whereas if you want to stick to the technical front, you should opt for a MS course. If you are looking for jobs, the placements as well as payscale will be higher in MBA.
Incase you want to opt for MBA, you should definitely apply to US and Canada. Incase you want to apply for MS, you should apply to US and Germany.
