Although, Narsee Monjee is one of the good institutes in Mumbai but, frankly speaking as far as Placements are concerned, more than the Institute which tries to get the best of companies on its campus, it depends on the individual that how he/she performs on the programme and how he/she uses the knowledge earned at the time of placement interviews. I would also like to add here that to get more indepth information on areas like faculty background, Course curriculum, infrastructure etc. you should visit the Institute and try and talk to the current batch students and faculty members & get the alumnae contacts as well.

It would be difficult to get into a good institute with such a low budget, however, if you still want to go for MBA you should try for Government Institutes like FMS or try for low rung private Institutes like Cosmic Business School, Trinity Business School, IMDR, Asia Pacific etc.

You could consider doing a graduate diploma or a PG diploma from NZ at this stage. Later, you could complete an MBA. This will enable you to get a 1 year job search visa and then a 2 year work visa. Meanwhile, you could also apply for a PR.
