In order to pursue engineering one must have Science (Physics / Chemistry / Maths / Biology or Economics or any other subject) in 10+2.
Students appear for different Engineering Entrance Exams like:

The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science.
With a PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.
You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), Law, Civil Aviation – Pilot, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, Mass Communication, Merchant Navy, Defense Forces, Psychology, Civil Services etc. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field.

To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

Well LSBF is an averagely good college, you can consider it but do make sure that you look at recognitions and affilaitions of the college before joining it.
If you study in a good university and pass out with a good score, then job may not be a problem for you in India or anywhere else.
Masters in Management (MIM), focuses more on the theoretical side of the management field than the MBA. You may find subjects that require strong mathematical or analytical skills and the final dissertation may be research-oriented. This is the case for many Master of Science in Management programs (M.Sc.), and particularly when they require a first degree in business or economics. Accordingly, the MIM also provides theoretical fundamentals of management research and may even qualify for a PhD program.
MBA programs primarily emphasize the practical side. In an MBA program, for instance, you may never ask for the origins of accounting techniques such as the EVA (Economic Value Added, (c) Stern Stewart) but focus only on its appliance, instead. After having covered core subjects on managerial functions such as finance or accounting, you will concentrate on more integrative courses and analyze business cases from the practical position of managers. You may work on in-company projects integrated in your studies or engage in a business plan competition. Instead of a final dissertation, you may present a consultancy project rooted in real-world businesses and, by that, demonstrate what you have learnt throughout the program.

[5/11/2015, 3:18 PM] CR Ujjwal UPES: MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is a trending branch. In UPES LSCM placement is quite good. Not to mention the percentage but also the package is quite good compared to other branches. UPES is basically a domain focussed college so comparing this to other will not be a fare comparison as it has a specific domail of oil, gas, trading, port shipping, power, infra etc though other college may have similar one or two branches but not all. Hence I suggest you to analyze first what you want. Petroleum sector or the basic MBA.Then acordingly shortlist the college based on that. You will not find 1 or 2 college other that UPES hence the infra , placement and pedagogy style will tell you everything once you visit the site and go through it in detail. GOOD LUCK !

There are several other higher-study options for meritorious B.Sc graduates. Some of them are biotechnology, bioinformatics, microbiology, environmental science, sericulture technology, and food science. If interested you may also write exams for administrative services, Banks, Insurance etc. To make your presence in the software field, GNIIT is a good option.
You can also do a PG course in clinical research. For entering the Clinical Research a degree or PG diploma course in clinical research is almost a norm. However, we recommend that you work for a couple of years before jumping into a post graduation.

Work experience will also help you perform better in admission interviews for post graduate institutes in any area. The final choice will really depend upon what you would like to do as a long-term career and then make a focused attempt to reach those goals.

Pranali, If you are confused about careers after 12th/ graduation, there are a few ways to approach this. Typically IT companies don't go for managers without hands on experience of programming. If you are very good with maths and programming, opt for Computers (BTech or BCA). I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. If you are good with Drawing and Creative opt for Design (Animation, VFX, Games, Fashion). If you are good with words become a writer (content, news, fiction, ads) or director. If you are good with keeping records go for Accounts or Stats or administration. If you are good with logic go for Law. If you are good at memorizing and love nature go for medical. If you are good with people go for Management. If you are good with nothing become a politican (haha, pun intended - actually you need very good insight into future for this). Wish you the best for your career.
