If you have given your step 1 and have scored around 220, then it's better to focus on your rotations and step 2 - CS and CK. Doing any diploma course of 12 months is not going to help you, rather it will distract you from the goal of scoring well in USMLE.
If you have some other motive to do this course in question, please mention it in detail.

If you are getting admission in a reputed law school then option of 5 year integrated degree is excellent. It will also save you one year of education time.

After BCA you can start your software developer or tester career in Small and Medium Industries / IT companies. It will take 3 to 4 year experience to get status and salaries equal to BTech CSE graduates in Indian IT industry.

Yes, you could do BCom and BBA and others and then go for MBA even if you don't have maths in 11-12. But is dropping the subject possible?
