As I have been to a coaching earlier (FIITJEE). I am pretty much in favor of them despite what others perceive of it. If they provide you good enough teachers, go ahead and grab a seat. Else, go for some IIT-focused tuitions and stuff (the former is advisable). I know, I am still not helping you with your question, but having been taught by quality teachers and being exposed to a healthy competitive environment is in itself an experience, which every IIT aspirant must have. It is really tough to directly comment any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like animation and VFX or gaming where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .
We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same . Some centers are doing great

If you want to develop Mobile Application, then you need to select a platform first either android or iOS. Then start learning the programming languages which are required to develop applications. For Android, you should learn Kotlin or Java.
