Admission requirements vary from university to university. Normally GATE scores are required for international students in addition to TOEFL or IELTS scores. For the minimum score requirements please check university websites.

As per your query, it seems that you have not done class 12th, and directly pursued graduation without completing class 12th, so as per your profile you are not eligible to get admission in this programme. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers. Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute. But for my suggestion KIIT is not a good option for CS.

Yes, you can opt for it but Engineering after BBA would be a waste of time. So, in my opinion, either opt for BBA or Engineering.
