Analysis of profile is done at the shortlisting stage and not individually. However, if your CAT/XAT scores meet our minimum requirements (75%+ in all sections and 85%+ overall) then SPJIMR can accept your scores in case you register for PGDM admissions. Further, for the graduation and higher secondary scores, we don't have any specific cutoff. A decent profile is what SPJIMR looks for in a candidate. For more details, you can visit:- https://www.spjimr.org/pgdm/admissions/india or drop in a mail at pgdm.admissions2017@spjimr.org.

Faculty- Some teachers are really good and helping while others are just to spend their time. The classes are regular and you will learn a lot from it. Few teachers go out of their way and help students.
Infrastructure- Well maintained labs are worth mentioning here. You get nice PC's in the lab and an unlimited internet connection of 50 mbps. Classes are airy and you spend good time in it.
Placements- Just an average college, regular recruiters are TCS and Infosys with a pay package of 3.25 lac. A student of our college bagged a placement of 18 lacs from Sociogenic, Pune. I still have some high hopes.
