In B.Tech, you have to study all the engineering subjects, But if you opt for B.Tech Hons. Then you have to study only one of the engineering subjects in more depth. So, in B.Tech you have to study all the subjects given by colleges. But in B.Tech Hons. You have to study only one subjects which you like the most and you get specialisation only in one subjects. So, according to my opinion, B.Tech Hons. Is the best option, In nowadays there is a very great demand for Hons. Degree. Your grades are good but for a transfer option, you have to co-ordinate with the universities. You must meet credit point rules and transfer rules of the university you want to apply to. Please co-ordinate with the universities.

Look, if you want to get into HR, then it does not really matter what was your graduation. BBA and LLB are both graduation level courses. So, leave them aside. So that leaves your MBA (HR) that too through correspondence. Preference always will be received by candidates who have done MBA full time. So Yes, if you have a full time MBA (HR) degree from a reputed college, then it holds more value than a degree received through correspondence in MBA (HR) plus BBA LLB. Hope this helps.

No, there is no such requirement. You need not to appear for NEET to pursue veterinary science. The NEET-UG examination is for pursuing MBBS and BDS courses only.
