Hi Jasraj,
The VIT ranking mentioned of your son is not up to the mark for securing admission in CSE/ME/CE/EC at VIT in the first category. However, he may get admission in the subsequent categories but that will also incur you higher fees. So, If your son has a good preparation till date for BITSAT and Advanced, then you can drop VIT, otherwise, go for the counseling at VIT.
Best Wishes.

Hello,
The average cut-off will depend upon the college but the general cut-off is around 60-75 percentile. You will have to check for the required percentile from the college website itself.

Hi, in my opinion, some of the easiest BSc specializations you can go for are:

  • Compared to other sciences, Environmental Sciences can be less mathematically demanding and frequently combines biology and geography.
  • Psychology to be easier to understand than more mathematically demanding sciences. Biological Sciences is easy for students who like to memorize and comprehend ideas about living things, this can be simple.
  • Health Sciences is like general health education program and may be less demanding than those leading to specialized degrees in Biology or Medicine.
