Yes, you can secure admission in this college via the PGCET. Admission is through counseling based on the percentile obtained in Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority. For management quota candidate needs to appear for the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT)/ MAT followed by Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal interview conducted by the college. The process to take admission is very simple as the college is private and affiliated to Pune University. You can contact the college administration cell for admission brochure and proceed further for admission. The eligibility for M.Sc Chemistry is B.Sc from any of science discipline.

The major problem with CS/IT in NIT Srinagar is the abundance of unreliable, under qualified faculty members, most of whom have graduated and/or postgraduate from substandard colleges. So join ONLY if you are willing to submit to 4 years of self study because no matter how poor the quality of the classes is, the question papers are always of a high standard. Coming to infra, all you need for these branches is a well-equipped desktop and yes, NIT Srinagar has a lot of those but like I said, it all burns down to self study and you cannot rely on the teachers, not even in case of labs (especially not in case of labs).
