Hi,
With 78/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exams and 73.6% in your 12th, you can surely secure admission in Architecture course. Government merit seat in Thangal Kunju Musaliar College of Engineering Architecture department may be difficult, but yes through management quota you can surely get admission in the college. Management fees is quite confidential and you may have to talk to the authorities of the college to know the exact information.

In India, every one can get B.Tech. If Not from government College then Private universities are always available. So, with this much you can get B.Tech. But, you should consider your Marks before going to engineering. It will be water off energy and time doing Engineering. I think you should go for other Undergraduate Courses like B.Sc, BCom, or B.A. Otherwise, it's your choice.

Educational qualifications required to join CPL training programs-
To become a Commercial Pilot, one must possess CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence). This Licence is issued after a candidate clears the training program from an Institute recognized by the Civil Aviation Authority of that particular country (DGCA in case of India).

Yes, definitely you can go for Diploma after class 10th, which will be of your duration 3 years. You are class 10th, pass out of 2013. So, you will have to provide a gap certificate while taking admission. There are many options available for Diploma in engineering and you can choose as per your interest.
