Dear Tulsi,
Eligibility varies from university to university. Also, these days universities are offer B.Tech in Biotech, which is better than B.Sc as it is a professional degree whereas B.Sc is just a general degree. Many good private universities like VIT, LPU, SRM, etc. are offering admissions in B.Tech. These private universities offer admission on the basis of tests like JEE and their own tests. Some offer you direct admission too on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam. All these are world-class universities with modern infrastructure and good placements. It all depends on what you want to do. I mean which field you want to work in. There are people who like what they study and want a profession in their respective fields, while there are plenty of them who decide that what they study is not what they want to be the line of profession. If you have interest in physics, and you are good ATIT you can do Masters from good colleges like Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology or Indian Institute of Science. Also, you can apply for colleges abroad.
Note: It is really necessary to have a thorough knowledge of your subject and a lot of hard work to get into institutes I have mentioned.

You can get them from anywhere by simply searching on the internet for previous year question papers. It's pretty easy and convenient. There are several portals that offer previous year question papers or else you can directly download them fromcbse official website i.e. www.cbse.nic.in .

Hi Sakshi, Yes, you can get admission in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata with 85.25% in English, economics or accountancy. First round of cutoff will be high but in second round you will get a seat for sure.
