BCA is quite better than B.Sc IT. Main reason for it is that BCA is a professional degree whereas B.Sc is not. Professional IT people are in more demand than normal peoples.

For a career in Banking and Finance, you may do a course like B.Com M.Com BBA MBA, etc. , which generally have basic Maths for accounting papers. This Maths is not as tough as the ones used in Science and engineering and is easily understandable. So, don't be afraid of Maths, if you really have a passion for working in the field. The best coaching for NEET in India is provided by Allen Career Institute, Kotak. There is no comparison of this institute with others. Almost every topper in all medical exams are their students only. Although, if you are living in Delhi, then you can go for FIITJEE Medical Classes. Best of luck.

Your board score is good. But you have not appeared for JEE Mains or couldn't score well in this exam. So, I will suggest to go private colleges of Delhi like Amity University, Shardha University, and Lovely Professional University etc. You can get your favorite branch also with good board score in these colleges. With this cut off, it is difficult to get Biomedical engineering at CEG campus of Anna University if you belong to OC and BC. However, if you belong to SC , ST etc., then you can get it. Try your best at the counseling.

Basically, branch wise civil is better or more preferred but if you want to pursue software jobs then you can select chemical as you are able to focus more on computer programming in chemical engineering.
