No, you need not any approval, if you complete your B.Ed, B.Ed courses are already approved by the government, so no need of such approval. You can start your career in teaching if you have done B.Ed after completing your B.Tech. Best of luck.

At this score and this time you have missed almost all good colleges so it's better to go back and come up with preparation and take entrance tests along with CAT next year. As because at this score you will end up getting admissions in mediocre colleges only.

With a VITEEE rating of 30000, it may be difficult to gain admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme at the VIT Vellore campus. Typically, the cutoff for CSE at VIT Vellore is in the top rankings, often much below 30000. However, admittance is also determined by the number of applicants, their preferences, and the availability of seats. It is encouraged that candidates attend counselling sessions as soon as possible, as fluctuations and withdrawals can lead to opportunities for candidates with somewhat lower ranks. Hi,
As you have already completed your graduation in life sciences, so I will suggest you to prepare for any non-technical government jobs. There are many vacancies coming in railways, banking, SSC CGL and many others. So start your preparation for competitive examination. But, if you have interest in higher studies, then you can go for Masters Course in life sciences. Best of luck.
