Hi Nischal,
In order to pursue MS abroad you need to take below mentioned tests:
GRE, GMAT TOEF/IELTS.
IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is of 9 bands, and all the good universities requires 6.5-7 bands plus score.

for food inspecter i think qualification is b sc with physics, chemistry and bio. i dont think you will be able to appear in food inspecter exam.

It is not clear what you wish to inquire but then referring to your interest to pursue CA, you can opt for the same along with your Bachelors with out any hassles. However, the handling of two streams at similar time will require a lot of your time management skills.
