u cud also consider doing a 2 years civil engg diploma from CPIT. This wud be in continuation with ur present qualifications and also help u get good jobs in NZ. Due to the recent earthquakes in Christchurch there are a lot of demand for engineers. However, please note that you wud need an overall band of 6.0 (academic) in ur IELTS test.

at which postions did you work? as Kankshi said, if u dont have managerial or superviosry work exp in NZ, u cant do an MBA in NZ. However, u can do a PG diploma/graduate diploma in NZ.

There is no minimum cutoff for Bifocal Sciences but generally the students who want to opt for Engineering courses opt for Bifocal Sciences and bi-focal stream students have traditionally dominated the toppers in the higher secondary certificate, so the higher you score the better it would be. In place of Biology you can take up courses like computer science; electronics; mechanical and electrical maintenance; and civil engineering etc.

Advisable is that you should opt for a full time MBA programme through a decent Institute, if possible IIMs else other good institutes like FMS, MDI, S.P. Jain etc. The specialization you can look for: Oprations or Sales & Marketing. You can even opt for a Masters programme in Hospitality or Tourism which can also be helpful to get growth in your own area of function.
