Hello Pratik,
On the first place you must not think of any University degree for UG program of three/four years in one years. I have never come across any such offerings. However, few universities may offer you lateral entry to second year, if you have gap of one year after XII.

Animation calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess. Animation and Digital Media Careers are practical oriented and will need strong mentoring.
After learning the program in animation, go for a job or do some live projects to master your skills. Remember that Animation only needs creative ideas and practise on softwares to master them. You need to bring your artistic imagination live by executing best ideas. It will be nice to create a Short Film or work on some projects having relevance in real time.
