I) B.Tech will give you a technical hand which is highly preferred by companies. II) B.Tech will give you more salary in any firm or company. III) The syllabus of B.Sc. Is vast and it is far more than B.Tech syllabus. So, if you are a decent student, you will do great in engineering. IV) You have more career options available after B.Tech. V) You have an opportunity of foreign placements through B.Tech while simple B.Sc. Will not get you a foreign call. So, you can apply to one of these top colleges if you are interested in pursuing B.Tech:
- PTU, Chandigarh
- DTU, Delhi
- Thappar University, Patiala
- IIT's
- NID's.

First of all think positive. marks are important fo secure admission. but you cannot consider yourself failure in life. As in jobs no matter what grade you get salary is same for fresher who gets 70% or 50 %. For B.Ed to get admission you need to get above 55%. but you can opt for Ecced to teach primary section. The most important is your hard work and sincerity which help to climb the ladder of success so all the best and be positive

To study biotechnology at graduation level. you have to pass entrance exams. the syllabus for entrance exams also consists of biotechnology and biology. It is compulsory to have studied either biology or biotechnology in class 12th to appear for these exams. A fair idea of the syllabus of biotechnology can be obtained from the unit of biotechnology in the NCERT textbook of biology of class 12th. But if you are taking admission in biotechnology in institutes like IIT or DTU, you need not have studied biology at class 12th because these institutes give admission through JEE exam the syllabus of which does not contain biology.
