I think BMS stands for Bachelor of Management Studies. Before some years, there are another course named BBS or Bachelor of Business Studies. Later it has been renamed as BBA - Bachelor of Business Administrations. BBM, Bachelor of Business Management is also renamed as BBA by the majority universities in India.
Anyway, it is Bachelor Degree in Management / Business Administration. You are eligible for Banking Examinations. You can go for IBPS. AME or Aircraft Maintenance is a license course of 6 semesters / 3 years duration.The course is conducted by Director General of Civil Aviation(DGCA). After the course , the students have opportunities of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. There are mainly two electives in AME. A) Mechanical and B) Aeronautical.
Some institutions are offering AME with B E -Aeronautical Engineering. This is more better option.
There is a wide scope in Airline Companies and Airport Authorities as Service Engineers, Aircraft Engineers etc.

Well, the scenario changes every year. And, if you are applicable for a special quota then too it can have a major influence. Best would be to keep a close look on the seat allotment and see if you are okay with the branches available for your ranking. And also, if you are particular about the college, then keep course options flexible. All the very best.

I would say the worst. Hardly 5 HR students got placed in HR domain. Others opt for sales for survival. It's around 20% placement I guess.
