In my opinion, Allied Science is one of the best courses for your higher studies. You mention the best courses in allied Science in the question itself Physiotherapy, Optometry, Radiology all the best courses for your higher studies. Here I mention the eligibility criteria for this course. Eligiblity criteria for allied Science Course:

Civil Engineering graduates have opportunities in PWDs and Irrigation department. Electrical Engineers having many opportunities with Electricity Boards / Dept. of each states. BSNL recently announced recruitment notification for ECE graduates.
Compared to these specialties, CS / IT have only limited opportunities in Government sector. These include, IT / System Admin./ Manager/ Programmers with various universities, Departments , Banking firms etc.

U can pursue M.Com or prepare for MBA or there is a good option to prepare for govt. exams for the post in IAS , IES , IFS etc. where u can get good salary and government perks by clearing just different levels
