First, you do your UG in B.Com. Then opt for CA. This requires you to be registered with a CA practitioner and learn while you train. This is a somewhat demanding task and hence very tough. But at the end, last laugh will be yours.
CFA is also a demanding task, but you can have it as a side one. But CFA qualifies you to be a professional in the financial market. CA enables you to be part of all fields and also independent.
Both have their own tracks to tread on.

Well, I will suggest you to go for your interest in graduation and then go for MBA.
It depends on your MBA stream you want to go for. For example-
B.Com is good if you are looking for MBA in finance.
Engineering is good if you are going to do MBA in Operations Management.
Think wisely and take your graduation course wisely.

BBA + MBA is a better option.
Or B.Tech + MBA is also a good option.
Any other stream with MBA is not very good.
If you plan on doing MBA for sure, then I would suggest you to do BBA + MBA.
Any other Bachelors course will be irrelevant and it will be easier to grasp MBA after BBA.

Yes, you can. DU students can change their college after 1st year under Delhi University inter college migration. But, this is very difficult, as you need to score very good in 1st and 2nd semester, and then once you complete 1st year, then you need to approach the college you are interested in (let's say Khlasa College), you need to approach there and enquire about the vacant seats for the respective course. If there is an availability of vacant seats, then you need to get a NOC (no objection certificate) from your present college, and submit it to the new college you want to migrate in. Both principals need to sign this NOC.

Placements: Until this year there are no any pass out batches. So the placement is not conducted. I think if placement drive is conducted by the college, the student will get Rs 10,000-12,000 per month. There is no industrial interaction and no focus on agriculture students.
