Hello Deeksha, no worries you still will be having a chance of getting into IITTM. By the way, they have recently updated the GD-PI dates on the official website. There they have mentioned all the students who have appeared for the exams must attend GD/PI that is the most crucial part. Go and attend it you will get the admission for sure.

The result of NEET is the basis for admission of BHMS courses in colleges across India. Candidates who have appeared in National Eligibility Entrance Test and have qualified in it with minimum percentile cutoff marks can participate in the counselling and get admission to BHMS through NEET.

BBA LL.B. is a very good course that mostly focuses on Tax and Financial Laws, etc.
It is a very good course but is very demanding as this integrated course is 5 years long.
