although it is one of the toughest subjects for the students who can grasp maths and physics easily, It seem u like physics. so try to study a little and when u are studying physics or maths that time try to write down the topics u studied, after few minutes try to write down the points or subtopics of the lessons u have studied , if u arent able to than just have a look of the chemistry book again. this will take time but in few days u will be able to remember better than what u were earlier. still I will say Best of luck.

Now a days companies are not giving more importance like earlier. Now everything depends on the individual performance, your talent and the ability of the handling the work. Companies don't want book worm they want actual employees not the boss. Concentrate on your MBA for better marks and the knowledge. Knowledge Rocks always.
