Hi Pavan, I would advice you to complete class 12 before you apply for any course abroad to study. Not having class can be a hindrance in future in terms of studies.
Also, a good score in 10 and 12 will let you admission into some of the prestigious Universities abroad.

There are several institutes which are offering short term / diploma courses in Graphic Design which is one of the sub streams of the Multimedia stream. As for the few is concerned, this will differ on the basis of the type of course and also the institute from where you pursue it.
