As you are holding a background in Multimedia which is a source of strong and demanding media, I think Mass communication would be a better option,although MBA definitely is seen as an excellent career course but for those who are keen to pursue a career in Management discipline; but then this too will depend on your interest intent and only after analyzing your preference, you should be taking up a decision.

TOEFL is the exam which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.
TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
GRE,is a test which need to take by all the student who wish to pursue MS course in US.
It is of 1600 marks, and all the good universities requires 1200-1400 plus score.
You can join some good coaching institute which provides coaching for both of these exam, Princeton Review is one of the best institute which provides coaching

Hi, if essays are requested then it is mandatory to provide those along with application whichever course you are applying for. I suppose you are asking about SOP, if so, then these are 100% mandatory as this is the only document that student writes on his/her own and gives univ a chance to assess the application, if it is weak in other terms.
The quality of SOP will also depend on which kind of univ you are applying to. And you have specified Univ of Cambridge as an interest so it better be the best SOP that you can write. You may also like to take some professional help.
