As correctly mentioned by Prahasith, it entirely depends on you and the subject that holds your interest; As for the difference between the two goes, BBA is a management based course where as B.Com course is majorly commerce centric program. So, based on the nature of the education, you should take up a particular course.

As correctly stated by Neelu Kapoor, I too would advise you to start searching for a job in this field after all you are eligible and qualified for the same.
Along with a job, as animation is a highly demanding field there are several chances of the technology to keep changing and new developments coming in. Hence, updating your self on these would also be important.

Step 1: The candidates satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria should submit their
application in the prescribed format with non-refundable application fee of Rs.
1000 (Rupees one thousand only) (Rs 500 in case of SC and ST category). The
application form is available at www.iimidr.ac.in
