-M.A. in Fashion Technology
-Master of Fashion Management
-Master of Design
You must go for a course that matches your interest and skills to achieve career goal.
As an apparel designer, there are many avenues and opportunities. You can opt for a career in :
-export house
-textile mill
-manufacturing and processing company that produces clothing, soft furnishings and other textiles-based products
-several large fashion and clothing retailers
-design studios and consultancies
-handloom cooperatives and buying agencies
You may even work as freelancer. And with good experience and contacts, you can eventually start your own business.

Doing MBA from distance just because you are disabled is not fair. .
I will suggest you to Complete your MBA from Regular. . .
Now the point comes of disability . . Then I am also a disabled student studying in JRH University (Chitrakoot)
It have very good disabled friendly environment and have started MBA from last year . .It also have hostel facility for disabled student with disable friendly environment. . you can check rest on its website www.jrhu.com
Now if you still wanna do MBA from distance then Choose IGNOU. Its degree have good value and have internationally designed syllabus. .But exams of IGNOU are tough . . You have to study hard. .

Do an MA Journalism and Mass Communication Course. In govt. universities fees is low but now in many private universities also fee is low. Plus in private universities faculty is more accountable. Check if faculty is a mix of industry and academic experience. If interested in journalism see what is special about the curriculum. Do they have reporting or journalism is specialised areas of reporting? Do they have foundation courses in arts or science? (Nitte and ACJ seem to be the only two institutes that do that). Are they reflective and include cultural or media studies or research dissertation? These will give you the long-term edge in the industry.
