I will suggest you to Complete your MBA from Regular. . .
Now the point comes of disability . . Then I am also a disabled student studying in JRH University (Chitrakoot)

Do an MA Journalism and Mass Communication Course. In govt. universities fees is low but now in many private universities also fee is low. Plus in private universities faculty is more accountable. Since this is your first course you can only hope for basics in filmmaking unless you join FTII.
Otherwise, do a mass communication PG degree from universities like Hyderabad, Nitte orjoin Madras Film Institute to learn basics of film and TV and then join either of the two industries.
