For corrospondance Btech course you can try Karnataka state open University, CMJ university or IGNOU. All are offering B tech course. And you need not to worry about AICTE approval. Because AICTE approval required by technical institute, but not by University approved by UGC. As you are a diploma holder, so you can get direct admission to semester-III.
