one simple question for u - U must have some sort of computer knowledge i know cos now a days computer has taken place of TV at home. If my Hard Disk gone damage should i replace or repair? If Motherboard got damage will it be repaired or replaced? Now a days all these r coming with 3-5 years of warranty. Processor can not be repaired. What other expensive things remain on computer which can be repaired. I think replacement is the best option now a days. For making parts replaced do u think u must have to do the course of 18 months or so and invest around 55-60 thousand on Hardware & Networking course. After that u will get a National level of certificate. Instead of that if u go for any International Certifications like RHCE+CCNA+MCSE+RHCVA in a shorter amount of time and invest ur more time on the field for getting experience. All the branches of engineering are equally good and have tremendous job opportunities. You must choose a stream which involves more than just finding out what is open to you. Knowledge about yourself is vital to the process. The foremost step is to start by looking at your strengths, weaknesses, interests, abilities and skills in order to reach your career goal.

As per your AIEEE score, I would suggest you to first shortlist the institutes and contact the officials directly as the opening and closing ranks keep on changing every year and differs from one college to another and one branch to another.

There are usually two intakes Sep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so you need to plan accordingly. The deadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /April intake is in July.
