Dear Himanshu,NDA , National Defence Academy , Khadakwasla, Pune Exam is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission ) on all India Basis.
NDA, offer and prepare candidates for 3 years and at the end offer BSc degree with Position in Army, Navy, Air Force branch who clears NDA Exams.
For Navy and Air Force : Criteria is 10+2 with Phy and Maths
Army: 10+2 in any stream
Biofocal is vocational stream where u study vocational subjects in lieu of Second language + Biology.
Biofocal Student can pursue only Technical degrees and not medical program.
Biofocal Subjects are:
1)Computers
2)Electrical Maintenance
3)Mechanical Maint
4) Electronics
etc

Or u learn php language as in India people in this field are less and people related to this are demanded.
These u can learn through net also and also from institutes in less cost.

So regarding this please remember as the medium of education in Irish universities in English so all the international students whose first or native language is NOT english have to take IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.
Please remember there are many universities in Germany and Italy which do offer course in German and Italian languages so for those course you do not have to take IELTS test, however you need to pursue some basic level course in those languages as per the course and university requirement.
