There are vast prospects for engineering graduates in and around the country.Being in B.Tech you can apply for govt/ psu/ pvt / state govt jobs as per your choice.You can apply for IES/ IAS/ IRS exams of UPSE and can try for Govt as well as Private sectors.Short term courses is beneficial for engineering graduates to enhances their degree program however getting a guaranteed placements is never assured. Try to Master your skills by joining M-tech/MBA from a recognized institute like UPES. UPES is known for core sector programs. Good luck!

Hi venu,
More than anything else it is first important to see why your previous application could have been rejected and work on that.
Having said this a GMAT/ GRE along with IELTS is strongly recommended irrespective of your work experience. It increases your dedication and credibility for a positive assessment and overcome your previous rejection.
Please assess and take a clear decision - no point wasting money on application and visa.
Or if preparing for GRE along with work is difficult consider alternative countries such as Canada where you can get admission with ielts and higher chance of visa success, this will depend on why you want
