Yes of course you can do the Pilot course. All you need is a vision of 6/6. Pilots are allowed to fly with corrective glasses. The fee charged for CPL course is INR 45 Lacs. There is no other subsidy or relaxation in training fee available to any candidate including SC, ST, OBC and EWS. So there is no any relaxation in fee after clearing the IGRUA entrance test. Aapko Maths padhna he padega. Aapko Maths padhne ka prospective change karna hoga. Jaise aap baaki subject padhte ho aur Maths ko easy samajh kar padho, interesting banao because aapko CA karna hai to CA foundation me hi aapko Maths milega aur ye Maths class 11th and class 12th ka hi hota hai, so work hard. No, the Class 10 admit card is not required anytime after the announcement of the results. It will not be required at the time of admissions. 

So, you need not worry if you have lost your secondary exam admit card.

If you have done your 12th with commerce stream it is quite difficult to prepare for CDS but if you have faith on your self then you can do anything. First read NCERT of class 9-10 of all the subjects like Maths Biology Chemistry Physics history, geography and Current Affairs and for Current Affairs read newspaper daily, it will also improve your English . All the best.
