Dear Shagun, to pursue Master in Management International Accounting & Financing, which is a
1 Year, Full Time, Post Graduate Degree from University of Windsor, requires following eligibility:-
Applicants who have completed 16 years of education, have Mathematics in Class 12th and have secured at least 60% marks in Class 10th, Class 12th, and Graduation are eligible for this Master of Management program. International students from non-English speaking countries should clear IELTS with 6.5 band to enter the program.

Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
