Yes you may surely pursue full time MBA or PGDM program after completing your B.Tech.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.tech and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
