In order to get authenticated study material it would be always advisable to join any coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for CAT and various other management entrance tests.
However to get old study material you may refer to any student who has already got admission in MBA program.

Yes you may surely pursue full time MBA or PGDM program after completing your B.Tech.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.tech and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
- General MBA program.
- MBA in operation management.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience candidate over a fresher for a job.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.
