Since you are already holding a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, we can only suggest you to do an M.tech in Aeronautical or Aerospace engineering. You could also undergo a pilot training and fly planes commercially or for the Air Force. You can also get a MBA degree in Airport Management. These are your options.
Aviation per say includes Cabin Crew and in-flight management services, air cargo management, airport ground handling and airport management. Considering your qualification, you will succeed more pursuing engineering or MBA in terms of remuneration and growth. So it is completely your call.

1. Monad University is UGC recognized. So you can go ahead.
2. The eligibility criteria for PhD varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the PhD programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
