Getting a VISA for UK is not difficult, but the duration of masters degree in UK is one year only as compared to two year in US, Australia and Germany.

Please remember the application material for universities in US generally consists of:
1.Complete Application form.(Online or Hard Copy)
2.Application fee. (if applicable)
3.10th and 12th Marksheets.(Attested)
4.10th and 12th passing certificates (Attested)
5. Undergraduate Transcripts.(Attested)
6. Undergraduate Degree (Attested)
7.Statement of Purpose (SOP)
8.Letter of Recommendation (3)
9.Resume
10.Affidavit of Support.(In case, if your parents are sponsoring you)

In order to get undergraduate transcripts you need to contact the admission department of your university or institute in India and write an application requesting them for issue of transcripts.
Generally it take 8-10 working days to get transcripts, since you are applying to eight universities so need to have atleast 8 sets of transcripts.
Please note that some universities in US may also require more then one set of transcripts, so depending on the number to transcripts required you may request your university in India to issue the same.
