After completing class 12th in PCM, many courses are there. You can pursue B.Tech or you opt for B.sc if you want to become a scientist or researcher. You can also appear for government exams or join defense services.
According to me, you should opt for engineering or research program.

Both the courses are good. You can choose either of them. CIMA is offered by London. If you want to work in India, then MBA is better than CIMA. If you want to work abroad and get international recognition, then CIMA is better than MBA. In India, ICMAI offers CIMA, London. If possible, you can pursue both the courses i.e. MBA and CIMA, so, it depends on your future study plan and requirement. For more details follow the website of ICMAI and https://shiksha.com/MBA.

Only exceptional candidates are sponsored by the companies and that too on contractual basis so you need to be very patient and brilliant both to get the citizenship. Just take a look at their skill shortage list as that might give you some hope.
