Fees varies from university to university and location to location. On an average, you should assume the yearly expenses to be somewhere around 30,000 to 50,000 CAD. Part time job opportunities are not widely available in Canada. Usually, universities do not grant these but in the case of universities that do allow part time work, you can work maximum upto 18-20 hours per week. Pay would depend on what type of work you are doing. Also, you would be allowed to work part time on campus only.

Frankly speaking the degree courses in fashion designing are generally high priced. If you are looking for a degree course with lower fee structure advisable is that you go for government Institutes/ Universities. Although I am doubtful that you would be able to get Government Institutes giving courses in Fashion designing as Fashion designing is a vocational course mostly provided by the private Institutes like IIFT or NIFT etc. which are really costly, However, try finding the course in Mumbai University.
