ya its a good decision.yes bright future in oracle course.fees are vary from institute.better consult a oracle certified institute.duration mat be 3months to 6months.i will suggest you go for oracle 11i,its best if you are complete this course you will get a good salary job in india also.

You are eligible for the course as per your qualifications. However, with regards to your IELTS score, you are not meeting the minimum requirement of 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section. It is highly recommended you retake the IELTS. OR
You can mail the university directly inquiring whether they would accept your 6 IELTS score. If they are willing to accept it, you would not be required to retake the exam.
